Dr. Riley offers a wide range of general family care services. She uses a variety of testing methods to find the underlying cause of the condition, followed by any of several treatment modalities – including clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, physical therapy, homeopathic solutions, and personal consultation – to nurture your mind, body and spirit.

Getting Started

To meet the variety of needs of our patients, we offer three appointment options for getting started.
  • General Comprehensive Assessment – good choice if you are unsure of your needs or want to start here
  • Food Testing – for food / digestive issues
  • Blood Works Basics – For those individuals knowing they want to complete basic fasting labs

General Comprehensive Assessment

The first office visit is approximately 60 minutes and will include a comprehensive history of your health issues, as well as a review of your diet and lifestyle habits. Return office visits vary in time based on the issue being treated.

Foods Testing

For those who know they would like annual fasting labs, or would like to complete foods testing. We do have “Fast Tracks: which allow you to draw select labs in advance of your first visit with the Dr. Call the office for more information! 530.536.5066.

Blood Work Basics

For those individuals knowing they want to complete basic fasting labs.
  1. 30-min appointment to establish health basics and discuss the testing being completed. This appointment includes drawing blood for the food panel and submission of the samples.
  2. 60-min comprehensive office visit with Dr. Riley 4-5 weeks following sample submission. This would include establishing health baseline, but we would also review and implement any changes based upon the blood work results received.

B•Well Nutrient Therapy

Truckee’s first nutrient therapy clinic offering B12 shots alone or in combination with health supporting nutrients or homeopathic elixirs.

No appointment necessary. Walk in Hours:

Mondays: 2pm- 5pm

Tuesdays: 10am-1pm
